(A) A person who knowingly submits or prepares for submission to the township a false statement, representation or certification in any application, record, report, plan or other document is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) A person who knowingly tampers with or alters a monitoring device or process (including, without limitation, a meter), causing inaccurate readings or results, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
