§ 50.071 SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
   Nothing in this chapter shall prevent any special agreement or arrangement between the township and any non-domestic user whereby a non-domestic wastewater of unusual strength or character may be accepted in the system for treatment, subject to payment therefor, by the non-domestic user.
