§ 50.069 NONCOMPLYING DISCHARGES.
   (A)   If any sewage or substances are discharged, or are proposed to be discharged to the public sewers in violation of § 50.067, and which in the judgment of the township may have a deleterious effect upon the system, its processes, its effluent or the receiving waters, or which might otherwise be hazardous or constitute a public nuisance, the township may:
      (1)   Reject the sewage or other substances;
      (2)   Require pre-treatment to an acceptable condition for discharge to the public sewers;
      (3)   Require control over the quantities and rates of discharge into the public sewers; and
      (4)   Require payment to cover the added cost of handling and treating the sewage or other substances as provided in this subchapter.
   (B)   If the township permits the pre-treatment or equalization of sewage flows, the design and installation of the plant and equipment shall be subject to the review and approval of the township, and subject to the requirements of all applicable laws, rules, regulations, orders, directives and permit requirements.
