§ 50.049 COMPLIANCE WITH CODES.
   Connection of the building sewer to the public sewer shall conform to requirements of the Standard Specifications, building and plumbing codes, and this chapter along with appropriate specifications of the A.S.T.M., the W.P.C.F. Manual of Practice No. 9 and the Ten State Standards. Any deviation from the prescribed procedures and materials must be approved by the township.
