Prior to connection of a building sewer to the public sewer, the owner or the owner’s agent shall submit a permit application to the township. This application will be on a special form furnished by the township. The permit application shall be supplemented by any fees, and by any plans, specifications or other information required. Any user which will be discharging non-domestic wastewater shall provide detailed information about the quantities, characteristics, timing and other aspects of its anticipated discharges into the public sewers, as well as details of any pre-treatment, slug control, discharge rate controls, spill prevention plans and other controls or safeguards to be in the applicant’s facility.
