(a) The franchise is for the present territorial limits of the village and for any area henceforth added thereto during the term of this franchise. Cable service shall be made available to all buildings and residences in the village which are connected, both presently and in the future, to the village sewer and water system.
(b) Cable service shall be made available to the area currently within the territorial limits of the village in accordance with the construction timetable contained in § 9-3-6.
