§ 7-11-21 INJUNCTION AND PENALTY.
   A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid license or in violation of § 7-11-12 is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for a violation of this chapter. Such violation shall be punishable by a forfeiture of not to exceed $200 plus costs. Each day a sexually oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
