§ 9.28.060   Yield right-of-way—Designation.
   The Chief of Police, subject to the approval of the Manager, is hereby authorized and directed to designate intersections of streets and highways at which a yield right-of-way sign will be erected in accordance with the provisions of Cal. Vehicle Code § 471.1.
