§ 9.28.040   Stop intersections.
   At points of intersection of two boulevards or arterial highways, as herein described, the Chief of Police shall have power to determine that stops may be required on only one thereof; and, in that event, it shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to determine and indicate, by appropriate signs, upon which thereof the stops shall be required.
