§ 9.28.030   Erection of signs.
   The intersection of every arterial highway or boulevard, established pursuant to this chapter with every other street, shall be plainly marked with a sign visible to persons traveling along the intersecting streets upon which sign there shall be printed in legible characters the word “stop.”
