§ 9.20.040   Crosswalks at other than intersections.
   Pedestrians’ crosswalks, other than at intersections, are hereby established and the same shall be painted and identified, in the hereinafter designated, streets and locations:
   (A)   From the easterly line of K Street to the westerly line of K Street at the intersection of K and Elm Street;
   (B)   From the easterly line of K Street to the westerly line of K Street, midway between the intersection of Elm and K Streets, and the intersection of Alpine and K Streets;
   (C)   From the easterly line of K Street to the westerly line of K Street, midway between the intersection of K and Inyo Streets, and the intersection of K and Kern Streets;
   (D)   From the easterly line of K Street to the westerly line of K Street, midway between the intersection of Kern and K Streets and Tulare and K Streets;
   (E)   From the easterly line of K Street to the westerly line of K Street, midway between the intersection of K and Tulare Streets, and the intersection of K and King Streets;
   (F)   From the easterly line of L Street to the westerly line of L Street, midway between the intersection of Tulare and L Streets and the intersection of King and L Streets;
   (G)   From the northerly line of Kern Street to the southerly line of Kern Street adjacent to and westerly of the alley between J and K Streets; and
   (H)   From the northerly line of Kern Street to the southerly line of Kern Street, adjacent to and westerly of the alley between K and L Streets.
