(A) Permitted. A satellite dish antenna shall be permitted in all zone districts subject to securing a building permit form the Planing and Building Department.
(B) Conditional uses. If there is not adequate yard area to install dish antenna in the rear or side yard, a property owner may request administrative approval for a roof-mounted antenna consistent with the procedures outlined in Chapter 10.136, Administrative Approval.
(C) Development standards.
(1) Size: maximum diameter of a satellite dish shall be 12 feet.
(2) Height: maximum height of a satellite dish shall be 13 feet.
(3) Number: two satellite per residential lot.
(4) Setbacks: same as the setback standard for the district in which the satellite antenna is to be located.
