For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ADMINISTRATIVE AGREEMENT. A contract duly executed and legally binding between the City of Tulare, prepared by the Planning and Building Director, and the applicant for a minor planning request that delineates the terms and conditions agreed upon by the two parties.
MINOR PLANNING REQUEST. The temporary use of a structure or land, a deviation from a development standard of a zone district that does not exceed 10% of the standard, 20% of a front yard setback, or any project where the area of an existing structure or use is being expanded by 25% or less.
