§ 10.140.020   Objectives.
   The objectives of this chapter are to:
   (A)   To assure that persons wishing to secure decisions on minor planning permits can do so in an expeditious manner; and
   (B)   To record conditions made by the Planning and Building Director on minor planning requests.
