§ 10.132.060   Conditions.
   The Director can approve a minor deviation subject to conditions. The conditions will assure that the approved minor deviation shall not constitute a grant of a special privilege inconsistent with the limitations upon other properties in the vicinity and district in which the subject property is situated.
