§ 10.109.060 Permitted and conditional uses.

   (A)   Permitted uses:

      (1)   Single-family attached housing;

      (2)   Townhouses;

      (3)   Apartments;

      (4)   Condominiums;

      (5)   Bed and breakfast;

      (6)   Mixed use building or development;

      (7)   Open space or plazas;

      (8)   Public parks; and

      (9)   All permitted uses in the C-2 and C-3 Zone districts.

   (B)   Conditional uses:

      (1)   All conditional uses in the C-2 and C-3 Zone districts, except single-family detached housing; and

      (2)   Sale of alcohol, on-sale or off-sale.

   (C)   Uses not permitted:

      (1)   Automobile repair; and

      (2)   Sale of gasoline.
