§ 10.109.030   Applicability.
   The “MU” (Mixed Use) overlay district may be combined with any C-3 (Retail Commercial District), C-2 (Professional Office District) or C-4 (Service Commercial District) or any area or zone district within the downtown Precinct as defined by the Tulare General Plan.
