§ 10.109.020   Objectives.
   The objectives of the MU combining district are:
   (A)   Provide for a set of regulations to allow for the integration of commercial, office and residential use in close proximity to one another; and
   (B)   Provide for a set of standards that clearly show the relationship of commercial, office and residential within one developed site or building.
