(A) To implement the objectives of this chapter, the Planned Residential Combining District may be combined with any other single-family residential zone district contained on the Official Zoning Map. Zone districts that are combined with the Planned Residential Combining District shall be designated on the Official Zoning Map with the base zone district followed by the Planned Residential Combining District notation - (PD). For example, a single-family zone that is combined with the Planned Residential district shall have the notation R-1 (PD).
(B) The classification of property to the Planned Residential Combining District shall be processed consistent with Chapter 10.112, Zoning Ordinance Amendments. Any single-family residential zone district contained in this chapter may be combined with the Planned Residential Combining District.
