§ 10.32.030 Sub-districts.

   (A)   In order to adequately plan for single-family development of various densities, the R-1 District is further subdivided into the following sub-districts:

      (1)   R-1-5;

      (2)   R-1-6;

      (3)   R-1-7;

      (4)   R-1-8;

      (5)   R-1-12.5; and

      (6)   R-1-20.

   (B)   The number following the R-1 notation shall denote the minimum parcel size permitted in each zone (e.g. R-1-5 for 5,000 square foot minimum parcel size).
