Harvesting Plan shall be submitted with all applications for
at which landscaping is required. The
Harvesting Plan shall consist of two elements: a
Water Budget and a
Implementation Plan. Preparation of the
Harvesting Plan elements requires coordination between project managers,
engineers and landscape architects from the inception of the project. The two elements of the
Harvesting Plan shall illustrate how
will meet 50% of annual landscape water demand, as required by the ordinance.
