Commissioned fire personnel who possess a POST certification or its equivalent as determined by the Tucson Fire Department Safety Division, working under the guidance and supervision of the Tucson Fire Department contracted clinical psychologist, and are active participants as trained peer supporters, will receive certification pay of forty-two dollars and seventy cents ($42.70) per pay period.
