For the purposes of this division, the term “parking meter zones” means zones, areas, or streets established or designated by the mayor and council where parking meters may be installed by the Park Tucson administrator. The Park Tucson administrator may convert existing time limit parking zones into parking meter zones. The mayor and council may create, expand, change, or eliminate any such zones.
