Sec. 20-70. Procedures for adjudication of civil traffic violations.
Except for violations of article VII and article VIII, all complaints for violations of this chapter shall be issued and adjudicated in accordance with the Arizona Rules of Procedure in Civil Traffic Violation Cases and applicable state law.
