501.13 DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT FUND.

(a) There is hereby created a Drug Law Enforcement Fund, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2925.03(J) into which shall be deposited drug offense fines and bond forfeitures.

(b) The money deposited into the Drug Law Enforcement Fund shall be disbursed and used only to subsidize the City's drug law enforcement efforts.
