   375.04 PERMITTED VEHICLES.
   Bicycles and tricycles propelled exclusively by human power are the only vehicles permitted on a bikeway. No person shall operate any other vehicle upon a bikeway.
   This section shall not apply to vehicles used in maintenance of such property.
