As used in this chapter, certain terms are defined as follows:
(a) "Bicycle" means any two-wheeled vehicle propelled exclusively by human power, having a tandem arrangement of wheels, either of which is over twenty inches in diameter.
(b) "Tricycle" means a three wheel adult vehicle propelled exclusively by human power, having a single front wheel and two parallel rear wheels measuring over twenty inches.
(c) "Bikeways" means such paths, areas or lanes designated as a Troy Bikeway by ordinance of Council and posted as such by the Director of Public Service and Safety.
