It shall be the duty of the Director of Public Service and Safety to provide for enforcement of the provisions of this chapter by using regular police officers and/or other City employees to service meters, collect coins, issue parking tickets and perform other duties as directed by him.
The Director of Public Service and Safety is hereby authorized and directed to cause parking tickets to be printed, which tickets shall indicate the time and place of a parking meter violation, the license number of the vehicle violating the same and printed instructions regarding payment of courtesy fines.
