353.04 PARKING METER ZONES; MAP INCORPORATED.
   There are hereby established in the City four parking meter zones. The location of such zones and the type of parking meter to be installed at each zone shall be as shown on the Master Meter Map, which Map is hereby made a part of this chapter by reference.
Such parking meter zones shall be as follows:
   (a)    Red Meter Zone. In the Red Meter Zone, meters shall be installed allowing twelve minutes of parking for one cent, and prohibiting continued parking by the same vehicle by deposit of an additional coin.
   (b)    Silver Meter Zone. In the Silver Meter Zone, meters shall be installed allowing parking from twelve minutes to two hours by deposit of pennies, nickels or a dime, at the rate of twelve minutes per penny and five cents per hour, and prohibiting continued parking by the same vehicle beyond a period of two hours by deposit of an additional coin.
   (c)    Bronze Meter Zone. In the Bronze Meter Zone, meters shall be installed allowing one hour of parking for five cents, with a time limit of ten hours. Such meters shall be designed to accept nickels, dimes and quarters.
   (d)    Yellow Meter Zone. In the Yellow Meter Zone, meters shall be installed allowing two hours of parking for five cents and setting a limit of time of ten hours. Meters shall be designed to accept nickels, dimes and quarters.

   (e)   Green Meter Zone. In the Green Meter Zone, meters shall be installed allowing two and one-half hours of parking for twenty-five cents and setting a limit of ten hours.

   (f)   Off Street Parking Meter Zones. Parking meters/kiosks installed in the said zones shall be in accordance with the regulations adopted by the Director of Public Service and Safety under Section 353.14. The rates for off-street parking set by the Director of Public Service and Safety under Section 353.14 shall be approved by Council.
   (g)   2 Hour Parking Zone. Parking zones with no parking meters but parking is limited to 2 hours as provided in Section 351.15.
