No issued Vendor's License, identification badge or Mobile Food Vehicle Registration or decal may be assigned or transferred. No such licensee may authorize any person to engage in the business or activities of a Vendor or operate a Mobile Food Vehicle on his behalf unless such person is also licensed as such a Vendor or such a Mobile Food Vehicle is also licensed as a Mobile Food Vehicle. No licensee may conduct any business or activities other than those listed in his/her application for a license. A separate license shall be required for each Individual Vendor and each individual Mobile Food Vehicle, whether or not employed by a licensed person, firm or corporation. (Ord. 14-2022.
