Each Vendor shall carry with him/her, or exhibit in any temporary place of business, at all times while engaging in the business or activities, the Vendor's License issued under this Chapter. Further, each Vendor or operator shall wear, at all times while engaging in the business or activities, the identification badge which is issued to each licensee by the City of Troy. A Mobile Food Vehicle Registration shall be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the Mobile Food Vehicle.
