721.06 ELIGIBILITY FOR LICENSE.
      A license application for a Vendor's License and/or for a Mobile Food Vehicle Registration may be refused to the applicant if a license applicant has a conviction for a sex offense, assault or other crime of violence, a drug offense, a theft offense or fraud offense within the last seven (7) years; a conviction of a weapons offense within the last five (5) years; a homicide conviction; or an active warrant for arrest. A person to whom a license has been issued, who is convicted of any one of those offenses during the term of holding his/her license shall have the license revoked.
