(a) For the application for a Vendor's License to be considered under the provisions of this Chapter, each applicant shall pay to the City of Troy the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00).
(b) Vendor's License's and the Mobile Food Vehicle Registration issued hereunder shall be for a period of one (1) year from the granted issuance date.
