No person shall engage in the business or activities of a Vendor within the City of Troy without first obtaining a Vendor's License as provided in this chapter. Further, no Mobile Food Vehicle shall be operated within the City of Troy without first having obtained a Mobile Food Vehicle Registration for each such vehicle as prescribed in this Chapter. The holder for a Mobile Food Vehicle Registration shall also obtain a valid Vendor's License.
If an applicant for a Mobile Food Vehicle Registration has obtained a Vendor's License and a Mobile Food Vehicle Registration, no further Vendor's Licenses shall be required for any persons engaging in the business or activities of a Vendor within the Mobile Food Vehicle. These requirements shall be in addition to any other requirement contained within the Codified Ordinances of the City of Troy, Ohio.
