The decision to approve or deny the requests for merchandise displays, table and chairs, easel board signs, permanent or seasonal seating enclosures, awnings/canopies and public art is based upon the impact to safety of vehicular traffic, pedestrian traffic, downtown aesthetics, the ability to satisfy insurance requirements, and any other requirements of Chapter 717.
