523.04 RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER REGULATIONS.

This Code shall not be construed to prevent the enforcement of other provisions of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Troy, Ohio or the Ohio Revised Code that prescribe standards other than are provided in this Code.
