141.20 MILITARY LEAVE.

All officers and employees of the City who are members of an Ohio organized militia or other reserve component of the armed forces of the United States, including the Ohio National Guard, are entitled to a leave of absence and pay in accordance with State law (Ohio Revised Code Chapter 5923) and Federal laws.
