141.18 OVERTIME.
   With the exception of those employees exempt from the provisions of FLSA, all hours worked in excess of forty hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and one-half. For purposes of calculating overtime, paid time off with the exception of sick leave pay will be considered as hours of work. However, no paid time off will itself be at premium pay.
