141.11 VACATION PAY.
   For non-bargaining unit employees, in the event the operational needs of the City make it impractical for an exempt employee to use accrued vacation during a year, and if funds are available, the Director of Public Service and Safety may grant up to 80 hours of accrued payment in exchange for up to 80 hours of accrued vacation. Payment shall be made on an hour for hour basis at the current salary. The Director of Public Service and Safety shall establish procedures for application for compensation under this section.
