The City, in addition to the salaries and benefits set forth in the compensation ordinances, shall pay all premiums for fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) worth of group life insurance per employee. Such life insurance program shall include double benefits for accidental death and dismemberment benefits as provided by the insurance carrier. Such life insurance program shall be subject to any conditions imposed by the carrier over which the City has no control.
