   The Second Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:

   Beginning at North Elm Street and the City limits

   Then west along the City limits to the railroad tracks

   Then south along the railroad tracks to West Main Street

   Then northwest along West Main Street to Penn Road

   Then southwest along Penn Road to McKaig Avenue

   Then east on McKaig Avenue to Monroe Street

   Then north on Monroe Street to Franklin Street

   Then southeast on Franklin Street to East Main Street

   Then southeast on East Main Street to the northern bank of the Great Miami River

   Then northwest along the Great Miami River to a property line of Parcel 008-250330

   Then northeast and west along said property line to Rutherford Drive

   Then following Rutherford Drive to Staunton Road

   Then east on Staunton Road to Meadow Lane

   Then north ori Meadow Lane to Linwood Drive

   Then west on Linwood Drive lo Dellwood Drive

   Then north on Dellwood Drive to Kirk Lane

   Then west on Kirk Lane to Fairfield Road

   Then northeast on Fairfield Road to Ironwood Drive

   Then north on Ironwood Drive to Meadow Lane

   Then north Meadow Lane to Cricket Lane
