137.01 COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby created for the City a Civil Service Commission, consisting of three members to be appointed pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.40. The Civil Service Commission shall have the powers and duties set forth in the general laws of Ohio.
