It shall be the duties of the City Beautification Committee to study and develop proposals and plans for the beautification of the City, to make recommendations to the City Planning Commission and Council for the implementation of such proposals and plans and to perform such other duties as may be assigned by Council. The City Beautification Committee may call in and consult with experts and architects in developing beautification proposals and plans for the City. The City Beautification Committee shall operate as the City Tree Board pursuant to Chapter 741 of the Codified Ordinances. (Ord. 38-2007. Passed 6-4-07.)
