It shall be the duty of the City Planning Commission to plan, lay out and arrange as to the future growth of the City. It shall provide plans, methods and rules and regulations for administering the same and shall prescribe penalties for the violation of any rules and regulations adopted by the Commission.
It shall be the duty of the City Planning Commission to call in and consult with experts or engineers in arranging and planning the future development of the City.
