920.05 STORMWATER UTILITY PROGRAM FUND.

All service charges and all sources of revenue generated by or on behalf of the stormwater utility shall be deposited in a Stormwater Utility Fund, which is hereby created, to be exclusively for the stormwater utility. (Ord. 78-2007. Passed 11-19-07.)
