The Building Inspector shall, after approval by the City Planning Commission, issue the necessary permits to the applicant; shall from time to time inspect the construction, alteration or repair approved by the Commission; and shall take such action as necessary to insure compliance with the approved plans.
If the Commission does not approve the application, the Inspector shall notify the applicant of its decision and deliver to the applicant the written finding of the Commission.
