1313.03 ESTABLISHMENT AND BOUNDARIES.
   (a)    There is established the Historical Troy Architectural District which shall include the area of the City bounded on the north by the Miami River; on the east by Clay Street northward to the Miami River and southward to Canal Street; on the south by Canal Street; and on the west by Oxford Street. All properties whose lot lines front on streets designated as boundaries shall be included in the Historical District. In addition, due to significant contribution to the street approach to the square, the property fronting South Market Street from Canal Street to Race Street, including properties abutting the intersection of South Market Street and Race Street, shall be considered within the Historical Troy Architectural District.
   (b)    Any use permitted and presently existing under the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances in the above established Historical Troy Architectural District, shall be permitted.
