1307.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter, including the Housing Code adopted by reference, or falls to comply with any of the requirements thereof or erects, constructs, alters or repairs a building, structure or associated service equipment in violation of an approved plan or directive of the Code official or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, shall upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. For any subsequent violations in a 24-month period, whoever violates any provisions of this chapter, including the Housing Code adopted by reference, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second-degree subject to a maximum fine of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served, in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, and without positive action by the owner to correct the illegal action, shall be deemed a separate
