At least one copy of the International Property Maintenance Code and any cumulative supplement together with copies of ordinances making deletions therefrom or amendments thereto, shall be kept on file in the Development Department Office, the Office of the Clerk of Council, and In the Law Library of Miami County for public examination during usual business hours. Copies of such International Property Maintenance Code, supplements and amendments shall be available for sale at cost from the Office of the Development Director.
