No such license shall be granted until the applicant therefor shall have given a bond to the City in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000), subject to the approval of the City Solicitor and conditioned that the licensee will pay any and all damages which may occur to any tree, pavement, street, sidewalk or any other public building or structure, and all damages resulting to all persons which may be caused by the carelessness or negligence of the licensee or by his agent, employees or workmen while engaged in moving any building. Such bond shall also be conditioned that the licensee will save, indemnify and keep harmless the City against all liabilities, judgments, damages, costs and expenses which may in any way accrue against the City in consequence of the granting of such license or any permit issued to such licensee as hereinafter provided. The bond shall also guarantee that the licensee will strictly comply with all conditions of his license and any permits granted to such licensee.
